Objective

1. Imparfait — Description & Habits in the Past
When to use
Use imparfait for:
- descriptions (house, weather, people)
- habits in the past
- background information
La maison était grande.
Il faisait froid.
Je jouais dans le jardin.
Formation
Take nous form in present → remove -ons → add endings:
