Terms of Participation
The written expression test is completed on a computer and follows tasks similar to official TEF Canada examples.
Important:
Keyboard types vary between test centers. Contact your center in advance to confirm the keyboard layout to avoid surprises on exam day.
Assessment Criteria for TEF Canada Written Expression
Two examiners independently evaluate your writing based on:
- Language Proficiency: Grammar, sentence structure, and the range and precision of vocabulary.
